Djaadjawan Dancers

Here’s the first peek at one of the many amazing performers I got to see at this Years National Folk Festival. Meet the  Djaadjawan Dancers from Yuin Country – Far South Coast NSW Australia. Their traditional made costumes & stories told through dance & song was a glorious act to see. From 6 years old to 78 years old- the ladies put on a wonderful cultural experience for audiences!

  • Hi Tracy
for the last year and a bit we have been supporting the creative and business development of the Djaadjawan Dancers – getting them to the Folk Festival was a great outcome for the project. I am currently acquitting the funding application we received to run the project and was wondering if I could use a pic from their appearance at the festival – the one of Sharon on this page would be great. It would just be going to ArtsNSW as part of the acquittal. If possible I would like to have the option to include it in our annual report for 2015 (usually put together in Feb-Mar of the next year). With appropriate acknowledgement.
    For your advice. Regards AReplyCancel
