Location will depend on what the goal is for your photos.
Natural/Outdoors
Fresh and light. Best done in the early morning or late afternoon for the most flattering light.
Urban / Indoors
Style your photos with urban backdrops, at your place of work. Great for environmental portraits of you “at work”
If you require photos at a specific location such as a Government building or cafe- you will need to seek permission to shoot at these locations. How many locations we visit depend on which package you booked
WHAT SHALL I WEAR?
Anything goes really
You need to be comfortable and relaxed. Dress up as much as you like or casual and comfy in clothes that represent your style and Brand. Think about the impression you want to convey to your clients.
1.What people will see you in when working with clients.
2.What adds a personal touch or gives potential clients an idea of who you are.
Some general guidelines for what to avoid:
T-shirts with logos unless they represent your business or service
Busy patterns, especially fine stripes. Stick to more solid prints or simpler, spaced-out ones.
Hair and Make-up tips
Do your own or get a professional make-up artist to do your make-up.
Wear what you are comfortable in. Think about how you would present in front of a client.
For those not comfortable doing your own here’s a tip- a simple base (tinted moisturiser or foundation with a light dusting of setting powder is great, along with some mascara and a hint of blush is all you need.
