Riley and Conner’s gorgeous sunny wedding at the beach-side town of Kiama on the NSW coast
Riley and Conner’s wedding day had lot’s of sun and fun at the fab south coast Sebel Harbourside Kiama. Their ceremony was held in the garden overlooking the beach with the towering palm trees as a backdrop. It was the ideal backdrop for a romantic wedding!
They chose the south coast town of Kiama because Riley had fond childhood memories of holidaying in Kiama and the couple plan on continuing this tradition with their own family.
Now with these two being the owners of the Accelerate Fitness Training studio I was worried I wasn’t going to keep up with them. But I can proudly say that I kept up with hill climbing and clambering over rocks just fine! I may have come out a little sun kissed by the end of it though!
Riley got ready at the Sebel Harbourside Kiama her mum and Bridesmaids, the same location as the ceremony was to be held. When I arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Lot’s of giggles and selfies were had and some sneaky hiding from the groom took place as the boys arrived at the venue.
It was a fun mini sight-seeing tour for myself and my side-kick Lib around Kiama. We started at the light house near the famous Kiama blow-hole. Here we were lucky to spot wild dolphins having fun in the ocean below and became skilled at dodging bus-loads of tourists! We then visited Storm Bay for some fun bridal party photos. After that Riley and Conner had some alone time up at Bombo headlands just before heading back to join their family and friends at the reception.
It was all hands on deck to help Riley with the final details.

I love shooting south coast weddings at spring time because the surroundings are so picturesque. We were spoiled for choice on where to go for bridal portraits.
The most memorable part of the day was when Conner’s bother gave his emotional speech at the reception. They are clearly a close family who adore each other and had me ugly crying by the end of it. It was extra special seeing my dear friend Nat who was mother of the groom, so proud of her boys and adoring her new daughter-in-law Riley.
Riley and Conner’s wedding had such a fun atmosphere and everything I love about weddings – friends, family and laughter. You can see clearly from their photo’s it was full of all three!
